Find out here why mediation can be a good alternative to court proceedings…

Mediation

Being heard and seen is especially important in situations of conflict. Since 1 October 2025, Mag. Karoline Landsiedl-Munz has been working as an independent mediator at the offices of PARLAW. She supports individuals and organisations in challenging situations and assists them in developing sustainable solutions.

Whether in legal advice or in mediation – understanding, trust and working together as equals form the basis of every solution.

Mag. Landsiedl-Munz

Mag. Karoline Landsiedl-Munz has been a registered mediator under the Civil Law Mediation Act since 2019. Before working as an independent mediator, she was already active as a trainee lawyer at PARLAW as well as at the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA). Today, she combines legal and mediation expertise to support individuals and organisations in achieving sustainable conflict resolution.

Mediation is particularly suitable for resolving conflicts when the aim is not the enforcement of legal claims or court proceedings, but rather the development of shared solutions and new perspectives. In this process, Mag. Landsiedl-Munz acts as a neutral facilitator and guides the parties through a structured process towards self-determined outcomes.

If a classic mediation with all parties present is not possible or not desired, she also offers alternative formats such as conflict coaching, mediation with representation, or shuttle mediation – an approach that has proven effective especially in situations of high escalation.

Mag. Landsiedl-Munz offers mediation in German, English, Spanish, and Russian.
